- Room occupancy limited to: Two Beds, 4 people. One Bed, 2 people and 1 child under 2.
- Additional per person charge of $10.00 per night for adults over 12 years.
- Weekends require a two or three night minimum.
- Holiday, Festival and One Night stay rates are higher.
- All rooms are non-smoking rooms.

DEPOSIT/CANCELLATIONS
- Deposit or credit card guarantee equal to one night's stay required to make reservations for up to two rooms.
- Holiday & Festival Weekends require a non refundable deposit by check
- Reservations for more than two rooms require a deposit by check.
- All cancellations subject to a $15.00 service charge.
- Cancellations less than 21 days prior to arrival will be charged one night's rent.
- Cancellations less than 2 days prior to arrival or vacating prior to reservation length: you are responsible for all nights rented.
